Daniels is a data scientist, social entrepreneur and founder of Zizinduka - an emerging platform that helps women transform lived experience into voice, value and opportunity.Drawing on her own journey and the experiences of the women around her, Faithrose is exploring how data, storytelling and entrepreneurship can work together to create more equitable pathways into work, leadership and economic independence. Her ambition is not simply to build a venture, but to create spaces where women feel seen, heard and equipped to shape their own futures.Since joining the Level Up Collective, Daniels has been refining both her vision and the practical foundations needed to bring it to life.

Together we've been exploring partnerships, testing ideas, connecting her with mentors, and helping her navigate the inevitable uncertainty that comes with building something new. Rather than following a prescribed route, the focus has been on creating the support, relationships and confidence needed for her own path to emerge.Like all of the young creatives in the Collective, Daniels' journey is still unfolding.
